You may think that life aboard a 29 foot boat consisting of rowing, eating and sleeping is not too hazardous. However despite being in general good health, the list of injuries amongst the crew is quite impressive. Fear not - nothing serious - just all in the work of an ocean rower.

Picture the scene... in the words of playschool "let's look through the square window" (aka hatch door). There we see an angel rocking slightly from side to side in what can only be described as a padded cell. Occasionally she bangs her head against the wall.
