So there we were, merily rowing along up the M6 when we realised that in our meticulous planning, we had not budgeted for the toll road! We emptied out all our pockets, and looked under all the mattresses and still couldn't find enough loose change, so Elin suggested we took a Westerly turn and head for the hillside. She was sure we'd get a welcome there, and for free!

We're all feeling a bit under the weather today - well its a bit difficult not to really, the clouds and the rain are impossible to avoid, and no matter how hard we row, we're still under them!

We're very impressed at how our ClassmatePC laptop has performed on its first ever ocean crossing. With the signaling mirror being used for personal bum state inspections, we needed another way of checking our hair and makeup - and that's where the laptop really came into its own - with the webcam function it provides the perfect solution! Not sure that's what intel had in mind when they kindly lent it to us for the crossing but we're very grateful.

We're also happy to report that our glucosamine supplements, kindly donated by GNLD is doing wonders in keeping our joints strong and flexible. With every joint possible being challenged constantly by every stroke and every wave - this could be the glue that holds us together!

Faceboat is back - join us on the boat!
